Lecture & Teaching Repository
For 10+ years, I've been busy indoctrinating student cohorts on what constitutes relevant knowledge and good practice in two subject areas:

(1) Alternative Investments, especially Private Equity & Venture Capital

(2) Empirical and Applied Corporate Finance

For each topic, I offer an undergrad (B.Sc. in Finance) and grad (M.Sc. in Finance) version.
On all levels, I'm a firm believer in complementing textbook knowledge with case studies, industry practice, the discussion of current events and empirical research to expose students to the full 'real-life' application of those topics, going far beyond a purely theoretical realm. Consequently, I curate all course material carefully and from a variety of sources, including proprietary documents, data and findings originating from my research.

The purpose of this site is therefore twofold: first, to give prospective students a flavor of each course, and second, to share as much teaching material as I can with other lecturers to support great Corporate Finance and Alternative Investments courses everywhere. The list of all the courses, along with links to their respective sites, is below - so feel free to check it out!

As a quick side note: I'm also lecturing in the Ph.D. in Finance program - for anyone interested, the link to the course website is at the bottom of this page.
